Cook & Eat

I am looking forward to hosting the Spring Cook and Eat activity in March, as Denise is having a little break this month.

I haven’t as yet planned the menu as I want to see what will be available nearer the time, but I can assure you it will be fresh and vibrant, bursting with flavour and incorporating young green vegetables, maybe some Spring lamb, (of course, we can also do a vegetarian option) and fruits of the season or possibly some chocolate as we will be coming up to Easter.

I will send the menu and recipes to those who sign up before the event. So, please join me for   ‘Cook and Eat’ on March 24th when we will be preparing a Spring menu showcasing vegetables and fruits of the season, spring lamb and ending with an elegant dessert.

The activity is open to a maximum of 10 people. Please bring a paring knife and apron.
